Default Pages in Wikijump

The following is the proposed list of pages to be created when a new Wikijump site is instantiated.

`system:list-all-categories`	`[[module Categories]]`	Lists all pages on the site, grouped by category.
`system:join`	TBD	Permits users to become new members of the site.
`system:page-tags`	`[[div style="float: right; width: 50%;"]] [[module TagCloud target="system:page-tags"]] [[/div]] [[module PagesByTag]]`	Lists all tags on the site, and permits seeing a list of pages by tag.
