Wikijump Normal Form, or alternatively, International Normal Form, is a modification off of Wikidot Normal Form which supports non-Latin ASCII character scripts better than Wikidot’s system.

Perform a (lower) case fold on all characters
And “non-normal characters” is redefined to include characters from supported scripts.
